Ni Fei Hong Black Tea
Ni Fei Hong Black Tea belongs to a unique Taiwanese tea variety: TTES No.18 (Ruby Black Tea), which has a distinctive blend of mint and cinnamon fragrance. With the masterful craftsmanship of tea artisans, each sip has a flavor that resembles the scent of a woman's powder puff. The sweet and affectionate taste is tightly connected to the shyness of a young girl, which is captivating and irresistible.
The Tea Liquor Color is Like a Ruby
The tea liquor color is a bright red, akin to that of a ruby, with a golden ring on the surface. The water quality is soft, and the subtle fragrances of mint and cinnamon intermingle with the classic beauty of rouge, resulting in an irresistible blend.
Place of Origin
The tea garden is located at the foot of Sun Moon Lake in Yuchi Township, Nantou County. This area has beautiful scenery, pleasant climate, and clear water quality, which is similar to Darjeeling in India. In addition, the soil is red sandy and slightly acidic, which is very suitable for the growth of large-leaved tea trees.
TTES No.18
(Ruby Black Tea)
TTES No.18 (Ruby Black Tea) is a superior black tea variety developed through more than 50 years of breeding experiments using Taiwan tea and the Burma Assam tea variety. Black tea produced in summer has a high concentration of tea polyphenols that undergo full fermentation, transforming into theaflavins and thearubigins, resulting in a rich flavor and captivating aroma. The tea soup may have a slightly bitter taste at first, but gradually transforms into a sweet aftertaste that lingers for a while. This is one of the reasons why black tea experts praise it as "Taiwan Red" and "Taiwanese Aroma." Compared with other world-renowned black teas, TTES No.18 possesses unique characteristics and exceptional quality.
Recommended Brewing Method
We suggest using using porcelain or glass tea utensils. If the tea vessel has a capacity of 150ml, use approximately 3-5 grams of tea leaves. When brewing, the water temperature should be around 85°C to 90°C, with each steeping lasting about 20 seconds. You can adjust the steeping time according to your personal preference for strength. This will allow you to fully experience the unique flavor and aroma of the Ni Fei Hong Black Tea.
